
Senior Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +14 more states.
β’ Report directly to the Director of Customer Success.
β’ Manage a portfolio of accounts that generate between $5β$10 million in annual revenue.
β’ Implement and refine marketing campaigns for the accounts under your purview.
β’ Expand the portfolio by introducing new placements and campaigns, as well as increasing budgets or pricing.
β’ Collaborate with product and technology teams to develop scalable Customer Success tools.
β’ Act as a strategic partner and subject matter expert for customers targeting lower-income consumers.
β’ Take ownership of the commercial strategy for the assigned vertical and formulate a go-to-market plan.
β’ Create sales materials and establish positioning for the specific vertical.
β’ Work internally to enhance placements and campaigns.
β’ Share insights, trends, and best practices from the industry with colleagues.
β’ Facilitate strategic planning sessions with key accounts, which will require travel at least quarterly.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in enterprise customer success or account management.
β’ Background in digital marketing, whether at a publisher, agency, or advertiser.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal presentation and communication abilities.
β’ Strong skills in problem-solving and project management.
β’ Proven capacity to manage competing priorities and work effectively amid ambiguity.
β’ Keen attention to detail and proficiency in navigating technical systems.
β’ Experience in executing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying areas for optimization.
β’ Excellent relationship-building capabilities, with a proven track record of quickly establishing trust both internally and externally.
β’ A passion for fostering a business with a significant social mission that bridges the private and public sectors.
β’ Willingness to travel for strategic planning sessions with key accounts at least quarterly.
β’ Candidates must reside in one of the specified eligible U.S. states.
β’ Authorization to work in the United States for any employer is required.
