This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of adoption and success for a portfolio of Fieldguide audit clients, ensuring accountability for usage, outcomes, and sustained retention.
• Promote extensive platform adoption by setting up workflows, templates, and engagement structures within Fieldguide.
• Convert audit standards, firm methodologies, and best practices into scalable workflows on the Fieldguide platform.
• Collaborate with audit teams to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality through strategic workflow design and execution.
• Lead customer enablement, training, and change management initiatives to transition teams away from outdated processes.
• Identify gaps in usage, inefficiencies, and risk indicators while recommending actionable improvements.
• Act as a practitioner-advisor, steering customers towards enhanced best practices.
• Work alongside Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to provide audit feedback and shape roadmap priorities.
• Assist with renewals and expansion by ensuring customers recognize clear, demonstrable value from the platform.
• Contribute to playbooks, templates, enablement materials, and frameworks of best practices.
• Take ownership of and surpass KPIs related to adoption, retention, customer outcomes, and platform usage.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in public accounting, audit, assurance, advisory, audit methodology, audit innovation, or audit transformation.
• Profound understanding of the audit lifecycle, encompassing planning, evidence gathering, review, and engagement management.
• Experience in supporting complex, multi-team audit environments and implementing methodology rollouts.
• Proficient in hands-on work within software platforms, including configuring workflows and resolving practical usage challenges.
• A technical curiosity and interest in data models, permissions, configurations, and AI-driven workflows.
• Experience with LLM or prompt creation is advantageous.
• A practitioner mindset focused on advising, enabling, and instigating change.
• Proven experience in leading training, enablement, and change management initiatives with audit teams.
• Collaborative, results-oriented, and adaptable within a dynamic startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with audit practitioners, managers, and firm leadership.
• Relevant practitioner experience at an audit or advisory firm is a plus.
