This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ Act as the primary technical lead, ensuring long-term customer success with the Veeam Data Platform.
β’ Set up customer accounts, tailor backup policies and storage, assist with onboarding, guide stakeholders, and establish support channels.
β’ Discover migration opportunities, assess usage and environments, develop success plans, and align business objectives with product usage.
β’ Perform assessments, create protection strategies, and recommend software solutions and architectures within the Veeam Data Platform.
β’ Execute recovery simulations, implement the Veeam Data Resilience Maturity Model, and provide quarterly resilience reports.
β’ Observe churn-risk indicators, formulate mitigation strategies, and collaborate on renewal plans.
β’ Develop business cases, determine total cost of ownership, articulate value propositions for growth, and schedule checkpoint reviews with stakeholders.
β’ Engage with CISO/CIO stakeholders, providing updates on risk, status, and opportunities.
β’ Work together on marketing-driven campaigns to enhance adoption and growth.
β’ Manage 5β50 Enterprise and Commercial-Named accounts with annual recurring revenue exceeding $100K under a long-term account management model.
β’ Own the technical success strategy and adoption roadmap; influence pricing, commercial conditions, and renewal terms in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success leadership.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in customer-facing engineering positions focusing on data backup and recovery (e.g., Technical Consulting, Pre-Sales SE, Technical Account Manager).
β’ Proficient in English at an advanced level.
β’ Practical expertise across operating systems, virtualization, storage, scripting/automation, cloud platforms, and best practices in disaster recovery and recovery.
β’ Significant experience in designing and implementing protection plans, migrations, and recovery simulations.
β’ VMCE certification is mandatory; however, it can be obtained post-hire within a mutually agreed timeframe.
β’ Demonstrated ability to convert business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps and measurable value.
β’ Skills in engaging executive stakeholders, particularly CISO/CIO personnel.
β’ Exceptional communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
