Senior Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee multi-jurisdictional search and filing requests.

• Manage the complete order process from the initial client inquiry to processing, invoicing, and follow-up.

• Conduct UCC/lien searches and prepare as well as review reports.

• Evaluate search results from vendors, correspondents, and jurisdictions.

• Handle complex customer inquiries and transform them into actionable orders.

• Provide guidance and support to junior associates.

• Foster and maintain client relationships through outstanding customer service.

• Ensure accuracy and quality in services and products.

• File UCC financing statements/amendments and record necessary documents.

• Assist with the setup and maintenance of client accounts.

• Keep internal reference materials up to date.

• Stay informed about industry trends and company products.
