This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.
• Assist customers by offering clinical information concerning the company's vaccines, educational resources, and support materials.
• Address customer operational and financial requirements, including reimbursement guidance and compliance with contracts.
• Aid healthcare providers and health systems in enhancing immunization rates and safeguarding patients against vaccine-preventable illnesses.
• Act as the main contact for healthcare providers, nurses, pharmacists, quality directors, immunization managers, and office managers within the designated region.
• Conduct customer calls across clinics, health departments, integrated delivery systems, and hospitals.
• Work in collaboration with the local Customer Team and field-based personnel, such as Vaccine Key Customer Leaders, Vaccine Medical Affairs Leaders, and Region Medical Directors.
• Present balanced product sales presentations consistent with product labeling, CDC guidelines, and recommendations from professional societies.
• Provide Vaccine Management with insights on customer needs, feedback, market dynamics, and advancements toward quality objectives.
• Stay informed about professional and healthcare environments through self-study, workshops, conferences, and review of promotional materials.
• Conduct quarterly business evaluations related to vaccine contracts and educate customers on optimizing contract performance across the company’s offerings.
• Train customers to enhance organizational immunization rates utilizing tools like Vaccine IQ.
• Monitor business performance against targets using tools provided by the company.
• Create territory-specific business plans aimed at improving immunization rates.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and certification across the company's vaccine portfolio, along with knowledge of CDC pediatric and adult immunization schedules.
• Foster relationships with key customer personnel, comprehend account structures and patient needs, identify business opportunities, and align customer strategies with internal teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years (36 months) of sales experience, or at least a high school diploma accompanied by 6 years of equivalent experience.
• Equivalent experience may encompass professional sales, marketing, military, or healthcare/scientific field experience that does not pertain to sales, including pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices.
• Possession of a valid Driver's license.
• Capability to build trust with customers and showcase value in sales scenarios.
• Ability to categorize customer populations based on characteristics and buying behaviors.
• Proficiency in assessing market potential, identifying opportunities and risks, formulating territory plans, and driving business outcomes.
• Understanding of account interdependencies and maximizing account performance via collaborative business planning.
• Skill in conveying technical concepts accurately and clearly.
• Determination to drive and accomplish measurable results.
• Capacity to overcome challenges and fulfill or surpass objectives.
• Eagerness to seek opportunities for learning and applying new skills.
• Ability to utilize innovative approaches with new or existing technologies.
• Competence in leveraging data to analyze trends and drive business results.
• Experience with vaccines is preferred.
• Familiarity with Marketing/Sales and/or Marketing/Sales Support Functions/Operations is preferred.
