Senior Customer Order Management Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Delivers exceptional customer service while enhancing operational processes to meet and surpass service level expectations.

• Oversees customer account activities, which include order fulfillment, handling backorders/substitutes, processing product change requests, and addressing new/lost business inquiries as well as customer questions and issues.

• Facilitates outsourced services related to invoicing, reimbursements, and other support activities through effective liaison, research, and resolution of problems and disputes.

• Contributes to initiatives aimed at process improvement.

• Cultivates relationships with key business stakeholders to collaboratively enhance customer service.

• Engages with customers to address their needs, questions, and concerns while troubleshooting any issues that arise.

• Manages cases that involve reporting, backorders, customer complaints, and pricing, and processes product complaint and incident reports.

• Aids general sales efforts by analyzing account histories and coordinating internal resources effectively.

• Investigates and reports anomalies and discrepancies in point-of-sale systems, website orders, and customer complaints.

• Guides customers to appropriate in-house resources when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience is preferred.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Highly motivated and capable of functioning effectively within a team.

• Excellent communication skills with a knack for building strong relationships.
