Senior Customer Operationalization Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert customer use cases into technical specifications, configurations, integrations, workflows, and plans for production readiness.

• Assist in deployment and optimization by providing architectural guidance, configuration recommendations, APIs, scripts, automation, and adherence to technical best practices.

• Conduct technical deep dives to diagnose intricate configuration and integration challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and coordinate technical escalations with Support and Engineering teams.

• Aid customers in integrating Noma into ongoing security and operational workflows through workshops, enablement sessions, runbooks, and reusable implementation patterns.

• Collaborate closely with teams in Customer Solutions, Product, Engineering, Research, Security, and Support.

• Relay technical customer insights back into the platform to inform development.

• Oversee technical execution in partnership with the Customer Solutions Architect to ensure scalable outcomes for customers.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position within a B2B SaaS environment, such as Solutions Engineering, implementation engineering, technical account management, customer engineering, or technical consulting.

• Proficient in writing scripts in Python, Bash, or similar languages for diagnostics, automation, data processing, and integrations.

• Practical experience with APIs, authentication, logs, cloud environments, security controls, system integrations, and troubleshooting in production settings.

• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of leading technical discussions with customers and articulating complex concepts clearly.

• A proactive, customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a preference for scalable and reusable solutions.

• Familiarity with AI technologies and workflows, including generative AI, LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, AI development pipelines, and MCP.

• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, application security, data protection, or cloud infrastructure.

• Knowledge of containers, CI/CD systems, infrastructure as code, observability platforms, CRMs, or ticketing systems.
