Senior CRO & Funnel Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for high-converting shop pages and funnels to enhance clients’ market performance.

• Perform comprehensive analyses of shops, landing pages, and funnels to generate prioritized hypotheses and actionable steps.

• Identify critical levers in the customer journey and establish distinctive positioning.

• Develop concepts for high-converting shop and landing pages.

• Oversee the implementation process in partnership with UX Design and Copywriting teams.

• Independently guide clients throughout the optimization journey.

• Take ownership of projects until measurable results are achieved.

• Stay updated on current trends in brand and direct-response marketing, integrating them into methodologies and standards.

• Collaborate with specialists in UX Design, Copywriting, and Performance Marketing.

• Maintain a focused portfolio of projects in detail and provide long-term support to clients.

• Utilize ChatGPT, Claude, and internal AI workflows to enhance work processes and improve client outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in CRO, e-commerce, or UX, preferably within an agency or for a shop with relevant traffic.

• Proficient in GA4, Hotjar/Clarity, and A/B testing.

• Strong grasp of positioning, customer journeys, and conversion psychology.

• Excellent communication skills, both in written form and during client interactions.

• High level of independence: consistently prioritize tasks and offer clear recommendations.

• Very strong proficiency in the German language: native or near-native (C2); very good (C1), intermediate (B2), or basic proficiency (A1, A2, B1) will also be considered.
