This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Create and oversee audience segmentation strategies aimed at acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and reactivation campaigns.
• Establish and sustain target audiences for lifecycle, promotional, triggered, and seasonal CRM initiatives.
• Convert marketing goals into practical targeting specifications in collaboration with CRM Strategy teams.
• Work together with CRM Operations to guarantee the precise delivery and activation of audiences.
• Specify audience criteria, suppression logic, eligibility standards, and personalization needs.
• Verify audience selections and targeting results to ensure accuracy and adherence to compliance.
• Collaborate with Analytics to assess audience performance and discover optimization possibilities.
• Coordinate with Technology to address issues related to data quality, integration, and audience delivery.
• Assist with testing initiatives and audience experiments.
• Keep audience documentation and segmentation standards up to date.
• Partner with CRM Strategy, CRM Operations, Analytics, Technology, Go-to-Market, and Product teams.
• Utilize first-party data and marketing technology platforms to facilitate targeted communications across SFMC, AJO, and other CRM channels.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in CRM, database marketing, audience management, marketing analytics, or customer segmentation.
• Proven experience in developing audiences for email, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing campaigns.
• Deep understanding of customer segmentation, targeting strategies, and campaign execution processes.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as SFMC, AJO, or similar technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with customer data environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
