Senior Credit Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze loan applications for both residential and commercial sectors, focusing on self-employed individuals and business owners.

• Investigate lenders and assess credit policies to determine appropriate funding options.

• Develop credit documentation and lending scenarios that comply with commercial and NCCP regulations.

• Execute serviceability calculations and examine financial statements.

• Oversee commercial applications, including SMSF, Asset Finance, Commercial Property Purchases, Trade Finance, and Business Purchases.

• Gather information and address inquiries from external parties, such as accountants.

• Liaise with clients and banks via telephone to verify details and requirements.

• Assist the Loan Processor in ensuring seamless applications and favorable client results.

• Recognize and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Take charge of tasks, apply logical reasoning, and formulate solutions with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Credit Analyst, with a minimum of 2 years in commercial lending.

• Practical experience with SMSF, Asset Finance, Commercial Property, Trade Finance, and/or Business Purchases.

• Background in an Australian mortgage broking firm.

• Strong comprehension of Australian lending procedures and lender credit policies.

• Proficient in spoken English and possess excellent written communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and robust analytical abilities.

• Demonstrated initiative and capability to resolve issues independently.

• Comfortable engaging with clients and banks over the phone.

• Exhibits a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.

• Able to thrive in a smaller team setting and adapt to a work-from-home environment.

• Proven interest in fostering process improvements and achieving enhanced client outcomes.

• Must disclose any ongoing roles or client engagements.
