Senior Credentialing/Enrollment Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Support all operations related to credentialing and payer enrollment at Nourish.

• Assist in daily activities while maintaining and enhancing workflows.

• Create new processes as Nourish ventures into additional payers and functions.

• Aid in establishing the credentialing program for Nourish’s network of Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Therapists, and Registered Dietitians.

• Manage the complete cycle of payer enrollment applications for both new and existing providers under Nourish contracts.

• Optimize credentialing processes by suggesting automation, new tools, workflow enhancements, and process improvements.

• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for payer enrollment or provider credentialing processes and implement them across the team.

• Assist in overseeing and training the contract credentialing team.

• Monitor credentialing and payer enrollment metrics; report on progress, obstacles, and updates.

• Provide direct assistance to dietitians and payers, managing RD credentialing communications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including RCM, Payer Ops, Clinical Ops, and Customer Experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a payer enrollment and/or credentialing role.

• Understanding of payer enrollment and credentialing processes, as well as accreditation requirements across various provider types, including Registered Dietitians, Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Therapists.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different roles and teams.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient with technology and eager to learn and utilize new tools.

• Ability to remain flexible and adaptable when faced with new challenges and changing circumstances.
