Senior Creative Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and write paid social advertising content while leading angle creation and testing, reporting directly to the Creative Director.

• Deliver around 15 briefs weekly, incorporating both fresh concepts and revisions of existing advertisements.

• Discover new successful creative angles to facilitate increased ad spending and maintain consistent performance.

• Target new demographics, such as runners, older individuals concerned about falling, and those who are on their feet throughout the day.

• Analyze weekly data, refine successful ads, and phase out completed creative work.

• Craft both short- and long-form video scripts, engaging hooks, and conversational dialogue.

• Guide and supervise editors and creators to ensure that concepts are effectively executed during production.

• Adapt successful angles for use in landing pages and email marketing.

• Investigate clinical concepts and articulate them clearly and honestly in short-form video content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience writing paid social advertisements with a focus on sales performance.

• Proven track record with advertisements generating over $100K+ per month in ad spend for a single brand.

• Capability to iterate on successful ads and create multiple variations.

• Experience in targeting new audiences and identifying successful angles.

• Exceptional writing skills for spoken-word video content.

• Strong grasp of direct-response principles: offers, mechanisms, objection handling, and proof.

• Experience in briefing editors or creators effectively.

• Ability to quickly grasp and convey clinical concepts clearly.

• Experience in the health, fitness, or medical-device sectors is advantageous.
