• Utilize Paintgun's Ads DNA framework to develop data-driven concepts that enhance ad performance across various platforms.

• Conduct research on competitors, social interactions, cultural trends, and audience insights to craft distinctive ad concepts.

• Collaborate with creators, copywriters, designers, and motion developers to transform ideas into compelling visual and copy hooks.

• Execute structured creative sprints, evaluate performance data, and adjust strategies based on successful elements.

• Create a rulebook of effective concepts for ongoing optimization.

• Coordinate with media buyers, data analysts, and creative teams to ensure strategies align with performance marketing objectives.

• Promote a feedback-oriented culture to enhance creatives using Ads DNA insights.

• Monitor social media trends, new platforms, and innovative advertising techniques to maintain the relevance and effectiveness of concepts.
