Senior Creative Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance scripts and project briefs in collaboration with clients to craft genuine narratives for video and podcasts.

• Direct camera crews, performers, voice talent, and creatives both in the studio and on location.

• Oversee budgets, timelines, and logistics while ensuring the highest standards of creative quality.

• Supervise location scouting, equipment selection, crew recruitment, and vendor selection.

• Provide creative feedback to editors and designers using Frame.io and Iconik.

• Cultivate client relationships and work alongside publishing and social media teams to maximize project visibility.

• Develop production teams, refine workflows, and mentor junior talent.

• Manage the entire creative and production journey from concept to launch for video series, campaigns, and podcasts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related discipline.

• 7–10+ years of experience producing high-budget, high-profile media projects.

• Hands-on experience in podcast production, encompassing scripting, casting, and audio workflows.

• Proficient in Frame.io, Iconik (MAM), Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, and teleprompter software.

• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and establishing exemplary production partnerships.

• Presence and confidence on set, with extensive technical expertise across all production stages.

• Experience in balancing budgets, resources, and shifting timelines without compromising creativity.

• Strong narrative sense, particularly in podcast and audio storytelling.

• Skilled in troubleshooting, making swift decisions, and achieving results in fast-paced environments.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
