Senior Creative Ops Manager – Fixed Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete creative operations across Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO/ASO, Organic Social, and Affiliates.

• Oversee and enhance creative processes, monitor capacity, manage SLAs, resources, and workflows.

• Supervise creative review workflows to ensure compliance with brand, legal, and platform standards.

• Identify process inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.

• Assist in the implementation of Asana and facilitate team onboarding.

• Manage creative production tools, track workflows, ensure capacity visibility, and provide stakeholder reports.

• Cultivate relationships with vendors and uphold delivery standards.

• Monitor budgets, issue POs, and handle invoice processing in collaboration with Finance and Procurement.

• Maintain comprehensive sources of truth for projects, capacity, budgets, and essential trackers.

• Coordinate efforts among internal designers, copywriters, agencies, freelancers, and stakeholders across marketing, growth, finance, and legal/compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in creative operations.

• Proven experience at a senior or lead level, preferably in performance or paid media marketing.

• Ability to quickly adapt and self-manage without needing close supervision.

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.

• Highly organized with a proactive approach to work.

• Experience in coordinating both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.

• Proficient with project management tools, especially Asana.

• Confident in onboarding teams to new systems.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Direct experience in budget management, including issuing POs, processing invoices, and tracking expenditures.

• Familiarity with localization workflows and multi-market creative production.

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or a similarly regulated, high-compliance environment.
