Senior Creative Front-End Engineer – Digital Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create visually captivating and highly interactive web experiences for a leading consumer brand.

• Develop smooth, high-performance animations and scroll-driven interactions.

• Transform high-end Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.

• Construct scalable, cross-browser UI components utilizing advanced Tailwind CSS and modern CSS techniques.

• Independently lead front-end work while producing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

• Enhance performance for animation-heavy pages, ensuring 60fps, efficient rendering and painting, and optimized asset loading.

• Implement accessible user experiences, incorporating ARIA standards, keyboard navigation, and reduced-motion support.

• Engage in code reviews.

• Utilize AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor in daily tasks.

• Collaborate with a digital creative agency to support a renowned Fortune 500 consumer brand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in front-end web development.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript at an expert level.

• Extensive experience in web animation with GSAP, including ScrollTrigger, Framer Motion, SVG animation, Canvas, or WebGL/Three.js.

• Advanced knowledge of Tailwind CSS, particularly in custom design systems, theming, and complex responsive layouts.

• Strong understanding of modern CSS.

• Practical experience with React or Next.js.

• Capability to deliver pixel-perfect results from high-end designs.

• Ability to independently lead front-end projects with minimal supervision.

• Excellent debugging skills and cross-browser/device testing abilities.

• Regular practical use of AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.

• Proficient in professional English, both written and spoken.

• Willingness to work during US Pacific Time (PST/PDT) hours.

• Must reside in Latin America.
