Senior CRA, Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate clinical trial operations in accordance with protocols, regulatory guidelines, and industry benchmarks.

• Direct clinical trial monitoring activities that necessitate technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Evaluate clinical trial sites for compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to assess site effectiveness, address issues, and assist in the successful implementation of trials.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee timely and precise data gathering and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and sustain relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial procedures and regulatory obligations.

• Demonstrated capacity to oversee multiple sites and projects concurrently, along with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring methodologies, data integrity, and site management, with expertise in applicable clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to influence and ensure compliance within a complex framework.

• Openness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).
