📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate clinical trial operations in accordance with the study protocol, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

• Lead monitoring activities for clinical trials that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancements.

• Ensure trial sites comply with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address concerns, and support the successful execution of trials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and precise data gathering and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Develop and sustain relationships with site staff and stakeholders to promote efficient trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects at once, showcasing strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, ensuring data integrity, and managing sites, along with expertise in applicable clinical trial software and tools.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in Australia.
