Clinical Trial Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Supervise the management of clinical trial workstreams, ensuring deliverables align with quality standards and timelines.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective strategies for clinical trial enrollment.

• Formulate and execute comprehensive clinical trial protocols.

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of clinical trials.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

• Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, identify trends, and provide insights to enhance study outcomes.

• Proactively tackle challenges and implement effective solutions.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build partnerships and facilitate efficient trial processes.

• Balance competing priorities and support team development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in clinical trial management.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing clinical trials.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to interpret complex medical data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in collaborating across diverse teams.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 10% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
