Senior CRA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate clinical trial operations in line with the protocol, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.

• Direct clinical trial monitoring efforts that necessitate technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Evaluate clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory mandates, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and aid in the effective execution of trials.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Deliver training and support to site personnel and fellow Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders to promote seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.

• Capability to oversee multiple sites and projects concurrently.

• Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.

• Familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in oncology monitoring is essential.

• Openness to travel as needed, approximately 60% of the time.

• Candidates must reside in the US Midwest.
