Senior Corporate Accounting, Compliance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare journal entries, flux analyses, and balance sheet reconciliations for key general ledger areas.

• Take ownership of assigned month-end closing responsibilities and assist with consolidations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the completeness and accuracy of accruals.

• Review general ledger accounting work produced by the offshore accounting team.

• Generate monthly and quarterly internal management reports for CFO review.

• Assist with annual external audits and quarterly reviews by executing SOX controls, providing auditor deliverables, and addressing audit inquiries.

• Promote AI and automation initiatives utilizing tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or other automation technologies.

• Assist with accounting for M&A transactions and the integration of acquired entities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional accounting experience in both external audit and industry settings.

• A valid CPA license is mandatory.

• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

• Practical experience in executing SOX controls.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

• Proactive team player with clear communication skills across all stakeholder levels.

• Excellent time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines.

• Experience with large ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite is essential.

• Familiarity with AI/automation for process improvement is preferred.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion is an advantage.
