Senior Conversational Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish the manner in which customers engage with AI within Autodesk's Go-to-Market initiatives.

• Craft dialogues that enhance the effectiveness of AI-driven support, commerce, and customer interactions.

• Develop conversation flows, prompts, and escalation procedures across multiple platforms.

• Work alongside teams to influence AI behavior and create unified customer experiences.

• Prototype, evaluate, and refine conversational experiences to boost task completion and improve customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing digital product experiences.

• At least 3 years of experience in creating conversational, AI-driven, or content-rich experiences.

• Practical experience in designing conversational interfaces for AI assistants.

• Strong grasp of conversation design, dialogue structure, prompt creation, interaction design, and information architecture principles.

• Experience in developing applications for large language models (LLMs).

• Proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear and intuitive customer experiences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
