Consultation Design Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Develop a consultation methodology and a work plan to assess access-related learning needs, knowledge gaps, interests, and preferences within MSF.

• Design and execute a mixed-methods consultation process utilizing both qualitative and quantitative techniques.

• Create interview guides, survey questionnaires, and frameworks for data collection.

• Conduct interviews, focus groups, and/or other consultation activities with a variety of stakeholders across different regions, operational entities, and functions.

• Ensure that principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion are integrated into the consultation process.

• Analyze consultation results to identify learning needs, knowledge gaps, barriers, motivations, and audience preferences.

• Produce a report detailing findings along with actionable recommendations for Access 101 learning products and activities.

• Present the findings and recommendations to the Access 101 project team and relevant stakeholders.

• Convert consultation findings into suggestions for the Access 101 Tembo course syllabus.

• Propose learning objectives, thematic areas, audience segmentation, and priority content modules.

• Provide advice on appropriate learning formats, such as e-learning, downloadable resources, and regional workshops.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Education, Social Sciences, Public Health, Organizational Development, or a related area.

• At least 3 years of experience in learning design, curriculum development, organizational learning, or stakeholder consultation.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative consultation or research processes.

• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in report writing.

• Experience in engaging a diverse range of stakeholders across various regions, functions, and cultural contexts.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Proficiency in French, Spanish, Arabic, or Portuguese is a plus.

• Experience in humanitarian, global health, international development, or non-profit settings is advantageous.

• The candidate must hold the right to work as a “Consultant” in their country of residence.
