This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Offer contract support for complex and strategic proposals within the Army Navy Group.

• Prepare, review, and deliver Cost Plus and Firm Fixed Price proposals.

• Act as the ā€œbook bossā€ responsible for all cost and/or contract volumes.

• Compose cost proposals and gather necessary supporting documentation.

• Draft essential contractual documents, including commercial contracts, Commercial Solutions Openings, Other Transaction Agreements, OCI mitigation plans, total compensation plans, and administrative details.

• Collaborate closely with legal teams, functional counterparts, and senior leadership within the organization.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with fifteen (15) years or more of relevant experience; OR a Master's degree with thirteen (13) years or more of experience; OR a PhD or JD with ten (10) years or more of experience.

• A combination of education, professional training, or work experience equating to a minimum of fifteen (15) years' experience in contract proposals may substitute for a degree.

• Significant experience with CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, FFP, T&M, and commercial contracts as well as proposal preparation.

• Strong understanding of Organizational Conflicts of Interest concepts and mitigation strategies.

• In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and applicable Agency supplements.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Capacity to communicate clearly, effectively, and independently with senior management.

• Extensive awareness of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing acquisitions, including FAR, DFARS, TINA, and CAS.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and tasks concurrently.

• Proficient in influencing, negotiating, and communicating with both internal and external business partners/customers and interacting with senior executive leadership of the Business Group.

• Competence in identifying and mitigating Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) and drafting OCI Mitigation Plans.

• Skill in recognizing and managing risks associated with proposal compliance, pricing strategies, contract execution, and performance/reputation.

• Ability to provide innovative solutions.

• Must be a US citizen.
