Senior Contracts Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the business owner for OnTrac’s Regional Service Provider contract strategy, related carrier economics, and commercial negotiations.

• Oversee the development, renewal, bidding, and renegotiation of RSP contracts.

• Prepare, assess, and negotiate vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and licensing deals.

• Create pricing strategies for carriers, develop negotiation frameworks, cost models, forecasts, and should-cost analyses.

• Lead initiatives for Driver CPP and network cost optimization, while managing settlement governance and financial controls.

• Offer commercial assistance for facility launches, network adjustments, and peak planning.

• Provide executive-level reporting and strategic advice on carrier economics, contract execution, and Last Mile network financial outcomes.

• Collaborate with teams in Procurement, Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Carrier Relations.

• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, identify and mitigate risks, and tackle performance and compliance concerns.

• Maintain a centralized repository for contracts, oversee contract lifecycle processes, create templates and playbooks, and assist with audits and regulatory assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant experience paired with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications.

• In-depth understanding of industry principles and terminology.

• Proficient in standard office software and technologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring professionalism in all interactions.

• Must comprehend and comply with OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy and security protocols.
