Senior Contracts Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development, renewal, bidding, and renegotiation of RSP contracts.

• Create, assess, and negotiate vendor contracts, customer agreements, NDAs, service contracts, and licensing deals.

• Formulate pricing strategies for carriers, negotiation frameworks, cost models, forecasts, and analyses of should-cost.

• Propel initiatives for optimizing Driver CPP and network costs.

• Manage settlement governance and enforce financial controls.

• Provide commercial assistance for facility launches, network modifications, and peak planning activities.

• Present executive reports and recommendations regarding carrier economics, contract efficacy, and financial performance of the Last Mile network.

• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Carrier Relations teams.

• Ensure adherence to contracts, identify and mitigate contractual risks, and resolve performance and compliance challenges.

• Maintain a centralized repository for contracts and oversee contract lifecycle management processes.

• Create standard templates, playbooks, and best practices.

• Assist with audits, regulatory assessments, and internal contract reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience along with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• In-depth knowledge of industry principles and terminology.

• Proficiency in standard office software and technologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
