Senior Contract Associate, Clinical Site Contracts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize agreements for clinical trials

• Oversee budget grids within contracts

• Ensure contracts are executed according to scheduled timelines

• Act as the main point of contact between teams and external stakeholders

• Maintain ongoing communication with site personnel and internal collaborators

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid understanding of ICH-GCP and pharmaceutical regulations and laws

• Comprehensive knowledge of the clinical trial contracting process

• Excellent planning and organizational abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, Veeva, Jira, and SharePoint

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost analysis
