This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of client agreements, including creation, negotiation, execution, compliance monitoring, and renewal.
• Draft and revise intricate terms and conditions.
• Manage the execution of contracts and ongoing administration to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
• Lead the preparation of proposals and assist in negotiations with clients.
• Serve as a liaison to comprehend and meet customer needs within contractual frameworks.
• Prepare bids and process contract specifications, progress updates, and associated documentation.
• Compile and analyze both historical and current data to aid management decision-making.
• Collaborate with Legal partners to adhere to corporate standards, approved templates, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor compliance with contracts, identify risks, and report findings to management and senior leadership.
• Utilize contract performance metrics to facilitate data-driven decisions and enhance dashboards and reporting.
• Recognize and implement process simplification and harmonization.
• Influence stakeholders towards standardized practices.
• Provide subject-matter expertise for technology initiatives, digital/AI tools, and operational scalability.
• Partner with sales leadership, offer development, legal partners, and downstream operations associates.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with over 6 years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing or equivalent experience.
• Associate's Degree with more than 4 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and negotiating complex contracts or pricing agreements.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in sales, marketing, purchasing, medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems such as Conga or Icertis is preferred.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that satisfies 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
