Senior Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and consistently enhance the current website content.

• Collaborate closely with the SEO team to create new web pages.

• Compose and refine clear, engaging, and target-audience-focused text.

• Execute SEO and GEO guidelines, striking an optimal balance between readability and visibility.

• Further enhance the UX copy for existing web pages.

• Offer your ideas for content and layout improvements.

• Work together with the conversion optimization team.

• Generate copy for hypotheses and testing purposes.

• Draft and amend emails, flyers, and offer PDFs.

• Review and refresh existing content to meet external standards, including the EmpCo guidelines.

• Leverage AI tools and automated workflows to efficiently create, update, and expand content.

• Provide practical insights for the ongoing improvement of AI tools and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in content management, preferably within a website or online marketing context.

• Precise and audience-oriented writing with a strong awareness of tone, structure, and user requirements.

• Capability to clearly present complex topics that require explanation in a user-centric manner.

• Experience in fields such as energy, fintech, insurtech, or legal is advantageous.

• Strong foundational knowledge of SEO, and ideally GEO.

• Ability to independently convert SEO and GEO briefs into high-quality content.

• Experience in UX, conversion, or advertising copywriting is an added advantage.

• Experience in independently developing and prioritizing content topics is beneficial.

• Organized and proactive approach to managing multiple topics and formats simultaneously.

• Affinity for AI-driven tools and automated workflows.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Proficient in English at a minimum of B2 level.

• A keen interest in renewable energy and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the energy transition.
