Senior Content Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Create clear and engaging content that guides users through Moniepoint’s financial offerings.

• Work collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams to improve user experiences across various platforms.

• Produce UI copy, labels, instructional materials, and other user-centric content.

• Maintain a consistent tone and brand voice in all communications, products, and regional translations.

• Perform qualitative and/or quantitative customer research to validate content design decisions.

• Take ownership of the perspective for features, products, and branding initiatives.

• Position products and features to achieve desired business outcomes and engage users through storytelling.

• Revise app copy and offer UX guidance to UI designers.

• Provide UX writing across different platforms and customer interaction points.

• Serve as a tone-of-voice consultant for all Moniepoint communications.

• Tailor content for diverse markets and comprehend language styles in translations.

• Engage in the creative process from inception to completion, offering insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure all content adheres to industry standards and regulations.

• Drive the creation of clear, accessible customer journeys and measurable enhancements in product usability and adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience as a UX writer or copywriter.

• Significant professional copywriting experience, either in-house or at an agency, evidenced in a portfolio.

• Proven ability to craft clear and engaging content for various digital products and platforms.

• Strong grasp of UX design principles and how content shapes user behavior and interactions.

• Understanding of SEO best practices.

• Familiarity with Agile project management tools, such as Workfront.

• Proficiency in design software, including Figma.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

• High reliability in meeting delivery deadlines.

• Capability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Experience in the fintech or tech industry is preferred.
