This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +4 more countries.
• Develop polished, client-oriented content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, paid social campaigns, blogs, emails, and various marketing channels.
• Create graphics, carousels, social media posts, simple infographics, marketing materials, and ad creatives that align with the company’s visual branding.
• Produce social media captions, advertising copy, blog posts, email content, and calls to action targeted at prospective employer clients.
• Edit short-form videos, Reels, clips, and repurposed leadership footage for both organic and paid distribution.
• Convert raw footage, internal concepts, HR insights, articles, and service details into publish-ready content across various formats.
• Design reusable templates and keep an organized content library.
• Assist in managing monthly content calendars, creative briefs, campaign plans, and testing variations alongside the Growth Marketing Manager.
• Research current HR, hiring, workforce, and business topics to propose relevant content ideas.
• Collaborate with leadership to gather subject-matter insights, ideas, and raw footage.
• Transform leadership and subject-matter insights into clear, professional, and audience-ready content.
• Ensure a consistent and credible brand voice and visual style across all client-facing materials.
• Guarantee content is polished, accurate, and suitable for a U.S. business audience.
• Maintain consistency in grammar, spelling, tone, formatting, and overall content quality.
• Establish a regular client-facing content calendar and production workflow within the first 90 days.
• Create a reusable library of branded social and paid-ad templates.
• Enhance content quality, clarity, and consistency across key channels.
• Provide dependable creative and copy support for organic campaigns and paid-media testing.
• Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing Manager, who sets the overall strategy and campaign priorities.
• Over 3 years of experience in content marketing, social media content, graphic design, or a similar creative marketing position.
• Proven experience in creating social content, graphics, short-form videos, copywriting, and/or B2B content.
• Experience crafting content for professional audiences rather than solely consumer or lifestyle brands.
• Proficient in Canva.
• Familiarity with short-form video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Descript, or similar platforms.
• Ability to distill complex topics into clear and engaging marketing content.
• Skill in producing graphics, social content, short-form videos, and written marketing materials across various formats.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for handling multiple content formats and deadlines.
• Keen eye for clean, modern, and professional design.
• Capability to transform leadership ideas and subject-matter insights into polished, audience-ready content.
• Ability to accept and integrate feedback while maintaining content clarity and quality.
• Capacity to work both collaboratively and independently in a remote setting.
• Must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
• Required to submit a resume in English and PDF format.

• Should provide a portfolio or relevant work samples showcasing personally created content.
• Must demonstrate professional proficiency in English.
