Digital Content – Experience Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee, develop, update, and maintain content for the careers website.

• Enhance the digital journey for candidates and improve user experience across careers pages and recruitment-related digital interfaces.

• Collaborate with website developers, central IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and implement enhancements to the website.

• Identify opportunities to enhance website functionality, navigation, content architecture, accessibility, and overall candidate experience.

• Assist in the development and execution of digital features and experiences that bolster employer-brand engagement.

• Support employer-branding and recruitment marketing initiatives across various digital platforms.

• Design and manage campaign landing pages targeting specific talent groups, locations, functions, or recruitment priorities.

• Work in partnership with Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders to devise digital solutions that align with recruitment goals.

• Ensure the employer-brand messaging, visual identity, and candidate experience are consistent across all digital channels.

• Facilitate content activation across careers websites, social media, job platforms, and other employer-brand channels.

• Evaluate and enhance SEO performance; conduct keyword research and optimize page content, metadata, and structure.

• Analyze search trends and candidate behavior to guide content development and optimization efforts.

• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of the careers website and recruitment campaigns.

• Monitor website traffic, candidate engagement, acquisition sources, landing page performance, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

• Convert digital analytics into actionable insights and establish tracking and measurement for new campaigns and digital experiences.

• Utilize data to enhance the candidate journey, campaign ROI, and recruitment outcomes.

• Benchmark careers websites and digital employer-brand experiences against competitors and leading organizations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in digital content creation and maintenance, employer branding, recruitment marketing, content management, or a related area.

• Significant experience in managing and updating websites via Content Management Systems (CMS).

• Solid understanding of SEO principles, including content optimization, keyword research, metadata, and organic search performance.

• Experience in supporting or executing digital and recruitment marketing campaigns, including creating campaign landing pages.

• Strong knowledge of web analytics and performance measurement, with the ability to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and website performance.

• Familiarity with UX and principles of the candidate journey.

• Excellent project and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Experience collaborating with website developers, IT teams, agencies, and other technical partners to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

• Familiarity with CMS and careers website platforms, Google Analytics/GA4 or equivalent, Google Search Console and SEO tools, tag management and campaign tracking (including UTM conventions), landing page creation and optimization, social media and recruitment marketing platforms, HTML/CSS, UX/accessibility/web content best practices, Power BI or similar dashboarding/reporting tools, and A/B testing and conversion optimization would be beneficial.
