This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Map payer/plan and HCP/provider records into governed DecodeRx hierarchies.
• Research, confirm, and enrich record details such as plan type, parent organization/controller, PBM relationships, and provider affiliations.
• Assign confidence ratings, document mapping rationale, prepare reviewer-ready outputs, conduct quality control on junior analyst mappings, and resolve exceptions.
• Validate, cleanse, enrich, and uphold data quality across various systems and applications.
• Define essential data elements and establish data quality standards in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries, data lineage, metadata practices, governance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct data profiling and analysis, recommending solutions for data quality concerns.
• Develop data quality dashboards, scorecards, reports, and other data management tools.
• Integrate data management processes with adjacent operations, development, and delivery activities.
• Train end-users on best practices for data management and mapping.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in data governance committees and enterprise-wide data management initiatives.
• Collect feedback from internal users and external clients to enhance data products.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering/DevOps, Content SMEs, Delivery, and Client Success across global time zones.
• Report to the Product Owner / Product Support Lead (DecodeRx).
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in payer analytics, formulary/claims data management, content mapping, data governance, or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of formulary data, patient claims data, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and data governance.
• Familiarity with payer mapping, HCP/provider mapping, content research, SQL, data modeling, and database management systems.
• Experience with master data management (MDM), as well as data profiling and analysis tools.
• A cumulative 2+ years of work experience involving United States healthcare data.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI for analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• In-depth knowledge of payer/plan and provider structures, as well as payer/provider hierarchies.
• Experience with Reltio, Informatica, or other master data management tools, along with familiarity with Snowflake, is preferred.
