This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of the accuracy, consistency, and scalability of governed payer and provider intelligence assets.
• Align payer/plan and HCP/provider records into governed DecodeRx hierarchies by reconciling discrepancies in names, identifiers, and structures.
• Perform online and source-based content research to validate and enhance record details.
• Assign confidence ratings, document mapping justifications, prepare outputs suitable for review, oversee junior-analyst mappings, and address exceptions.
• Monitor, validate, cleanse, and enrich data to uphold data quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint essential data elements and establish data quality benchmarks.
• Develop and sustain data dictionaries, data lineage, and metadata management practices.
• Formulate and uphold data governance policies, procedures, standards, dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
• Supervise data integrity across various systems and applications.
• Execute data profiling and analysis to detect data quality challenges and propose solutions.
• Integrate data management processes with related development and delivery activities.
• Educate end-users on data management and mapping best practices and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and regulatory mandates.
• Engage in data governance committees and contribute to the enterprise-wide data management strategy.
• Collect feedback from internal users and external clients and convert it into data product enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with Product Owners, Product Managers, Engineering/DevOps, Content SMEs, Delivery, Client Success, and Operations across global time zones.
• Report to the Product Owner / Product Support Lead (DecodeRx).
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in payer analytics, formulary/claims data management, content mapping, data governance, or a related area.
• Strong grasp of formulary data, patient claims data, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and data governance principles.
• Familiarity with payer mapping, HCP/provider mapping, content research, SQL, data modeling, and database management systems.
• Experience with master data management (MDM), data profiling, and analytical tools.
• At least 2 years of combined work experience in United States healthcare data.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with Reltio, Informatica, or other master data management tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with Snowflake is an added advantage.
• In-depth understanding of payer/plan and provider structures as well as payer/provider hierarchies.
• Exceptional critical thinking abilities and attention to detail.
• Capability to break down macro tasks into actionable, documented, and tracked steps.
• Ability to convey complex mapping and data concepts in simpler terms for varied audiences.
• Proficient in working effectively across teams and cultures, mentoring peers, providing constructive feedback, managing tasks, and resolving conflicts.
