Senior Consultant/Manager – RELEX Demand Planning, Replenishment Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist with comprehensive RELEX implementation projects, encompassing discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

• Create and enhance Demand Planning and Replenishment Planning processes in alignment with client business goals.

• Conduct business workshops to gather requirements, outline future-state processes, and establish planning operating models.

• Configure and validate RELEX capabilities related to forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, allocation, and promotion planning.

• Assist in designing integrations between RELEX and enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP CAR, ERP platforms, POS systems, WMS, and data platforms.

• Evaluate planning performance and suggest enhancements to forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, availability, and waste reduction.

• Create functional specifications, solution designs, process documentation, and testing artifacts.

• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, change management, and activities aimed at business adoption.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, merchandising, store operations, logistics, and IT.

• Oversee workstreams, project plans, risks, issues, and status reporting while ensuring high-quality client delivery.

• Develop strong client relationships and recognize opportunities for additional value creation in planning and supply chain transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.

• Over 6 years of experience in supply chain planning, consulting, or transformation programs.

• Strong functional expertise in areas such as Demand Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Management, Replenishment Planning, and Retail Supply Chain Planning.

• Practical RELEX implementation experience, with at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations that include Demand Planning and/or Replenishment Planning modules.

• Proficient in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Solid understanding of retail planning processes across stores, distribution centers, and omni-channel operations.

• Demonstrated client-facing consulting experience and effective stakeholder management skills.
