Senior Consultant – Strategy and Transformation, Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement strategies that align with regulatory standards and address business challenges.

• Establish Target Operating Models for essential functions within insurance organizations.

• Assist clients in designing and effectively executing projects, particularly through governance and performance metrics supported by data.

• Deploy RPA and AI technological solutions.

• Aid in the incorporation of ESG standards and the identification of emerging climate-related risks into Compliance & Risk frameworks and non-financial reporting.

• Introduce innovative solutions to expedite decarbonization efforts and enhance sustainability and biodiversity.

• Revamp information systems and promote operational excellence through the application of AI and data use cases.

• Assist insurers in bolstering internal controls, mapping risks, and overseeing the execution of remediation plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• A graduate from a prestigious business school, engineering institution, political studies program, or a top-tier university in France or overseas.

• A strong enthusiasm for the financial services sector.

• Demonstrated experience in consulting and/or engagement with financial institutions.

• Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written.
