Senior Consultant, SAP SF EC, Time Off

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the complete delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert.

• Manage intricate client engagements and maintain daily client relationships.

• Facilitate requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios.

• Configure HRIS modules in alignment with best practices and optimization objectives.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying and addressing project risks and client concerns.

• Supervise SIT and UAT cycles, ensuring quality sign-offs on all deliverables.

• Assess the configuration work of junior team members for accuracy and thoroughness.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to Associate and Junior Consultants.

• Document and disseminate module best practices and lessons learned.

• Informally lead small project teams when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.

• 4–7 years of experience in HRIS.

• At least 3 full-cycle implementations.

• Profound expertise in one or more HRIS modules, such as Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or Payroll.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification is required.
