Senior Consultant, Organizational Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement comprehensive internal and external research studies to enhance organizational design and optimization strategies.

• Create research methodologies that incorporate focus groups, stakeholder interviews, surveys, market analysis, benchmarking, and both qualitative and quantitative approaches.

• Engage in hands-on research and facilitate discussions with stakeholders at various organizational levels and local markets.

• Analyze and synthesize findings to uncover organizational trends, opportunities, gaps, and areas for improvement.

• Develop ROI and business impact analyses for potential organizational adjustments and recommendations.

• Convert research findings into actionable organizational design recommendations.

• Formulate strategic roadmaps that link findings and recommendations to practical implementation.

• Produce executive-ready presentations, reports, documentation, and other deliverables.

• Conduct readouts and presentations with stakeholders, including senior and executive leadership.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure alignment of findings with broader business goals and organizational strategy.

• Assist in the transition from strategy and design to potential implementation activities during a subsequent engagement phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience supporting large Fortune 100 organizations in areas such as organizational research, design, effectiveness, strategy, transformation, or related consulting roles.

• Practical experience in designing and executing internal and external research studies.

• Familiarity with focus groups, stakeholder interviews, organizational assessments, benchmarking, and strategy development driven by research.

• Demonstrated ability to progress an engagement through research → analysis → recommendations → roadmap → implementation planning.

• Strong strategic thinking skills with the capacity to translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations.

• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication capabilities.

• Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including the creation of polished, data-driven executive presentations and analyses.

• Strong analytical skills, particularly in evaluating findings and developing ROI/business impact analyses.

• Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality outcomes in a consulting environment.

• Experience in presenting findings and recommendations to audiences across all organizational levels.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business, IT, Computer Science, or Finance.

• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or transfers.

• Must not require a C2C arrangement.
