This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of course production, converting product documentation and insights from subject matter experts into well-crafted, interactive, and pedagogically sound courses.
• Create learning scripts and on-screen text aimed at enhancing learner engagement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to define clear and measurable learning objectives.
• Develop storyboards and design engaging visuals for course content.
• Construct assessments, scenario-based activities, and interactive exercises to reinforce learning.
• Establish a consistent visual design language for Fieldguide University.
• Build and perform quality assurance on courses within WorkRamp, including managing course hierarchy, settings, landing pages, banners, formatting, links, and presentation styles.
• Develop and set up assessments with scoring and certification criteria.
• Work closely with domain experts and the customer education team to ensure course effectiveness.
• Provide constructive feedback regarding course length, clarity, and overall learner value.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and developing eLearning courses.
• A portfolio showcasing production quality and visual design skills.
• Preferably have hands-on experience in audit, advisory, or accounting fields.
• Familiarity with Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements is a significant advantage.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or technical product environment is desirable.
• Background in creating learning materials for an AI-native product is a plus.
• Comfortable producing screen recordings and capturing product screenshots from a live application is beneficial.
• Proficient in a major authoring tool such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
• General experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong visual design skills applicable to educational content.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, conduct interviews, and synthesize documentation.
• Instructional design expertise sufficient for writing learning objectives, constructing storyboards, and identifying content architecture issues.
