Senior Consultant, .Net

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and architect components and sub-systems within larger, intricate solutions.

• Write high-quality, testable .NET code and assist in delivering cloud-native solutions.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Transform business requirements into clearly defined technical designs and sub-system architectures.

• Participate in discovery, planning, design reviews, and architectural decision-making processes.

• Operate in a specification-driven manner, refining specifications, acceptance criteria, and architectural choices to minimize ambiguity before and during implementation.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools effectively and responsibly to enhance productivity, code quality, and learning, while remaining accountable for the outputs produced.

• Serve as a senior role model in the team, tackling technical challenges and informally mentoring junior engineers.

• Uphold strong engineering standards, maintain clear documentation, and foster a positive, collaborative team environment.

• Engage with Ensono Digital communities and core competency groups through knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing high-quality solutions using .NET (Core / modern .NET).

• Experience in building and managing systems on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

• In-depth understanding of microservice and distributed architectures, including their advantages and limitations.

• Capability to convert business requirements into well-defined designs and sub-system architectures.

• Experience in writing integration and end-to-end tests, utilizing approaches like BDD when appropriate.

• Accountability for code quality, security, and engineering standards throughout the delivery process.

• Strong technical communication skills, with the ability to articulate solution purpose and design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven ability to address technical challenges confidently in complex delivery environments and take responsibility for outcomes within scope.

• Aptitude to contribute constructively to architectural discussions, discovery activities, and design reviews.

• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools, exercising professional judgment, and maintaining accountability for results.

• Collaborative mindset with a genuine dedication to knowledge sharing and supporting the growth of others.
