Senior Consultant, Mobility

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee consulting projects from initial research and analysis to the formulation of strategic recommendations and client presentations.

• Perform market research and competitive analysis.

• Discover and identify growth opportunities.

• Create actionable recommendations for clients utilizing Frost & Sullivan’s Growth Pipeline Engine (GPE).

• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and team performance effectively.

• Cultivate client relationships and lead discussions and presentations.

• Develop proposals, recognize business opportunities, and aid in revenue growth.

• Contribute to industry reports, thought leadership initiatives, and consulting methodologies.

• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with global teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.

• A postgraduate qualification is preferred.

• 7–8 years of experience in consulting, market research, or strategic advisory roles.

• Understanding of the automotive and mobility ecosystem, including market dynamics and emerging trends.

• Strong abilities in research, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.

• Capability to lead consulting projects and deliver high-quality outcomes punctually.

• Experience in managing client relationships, crafting proposals, and identifying growth opportunities.

• Excellent skills in English, report writing, presentations, and stakeholder management.

• Ability to mentor junior colleagues, collaborate across global teams, and take ownership of project outcomes.
