Senior Consultant, IT Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to enhance IT operations, ensuring stability, efficiency, and alignment with business requirements.

• Evaluate and analyze IT organizations, encompassing IT infrastructure, operations, and IT service management.

• Identify and emphasize the strengths and weaknesses within IT organizations.

• Assess the latest technologies and tools available in the marketplace.

• Determine how these technologies and tools can enhance current client processes.

• Optionally assume a technical leadership role and mentor junior consultants on collaborative projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree.

• Minimum of three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT operations.

• Comprehensive knowledge of established frameworks and best practices such as ITIL.

• Strong understanding of the relationship between IT and business functions.

• Analytical skills to structure complex situations and clarify interrelationships.

• Highly self-motivated with a diligent and meticulous approach to work.

• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.

• Business-fluent in German.
