Senior Consultant – HR Digital Transformation, HR Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Formulate digitalization strategies and oversee their execution.

• Mentor senior executives and/or project managers in navigating transformation initiatives.

• Establish new operational methodologies, including Agile, co-design, continuous improvement, and Lean IT.

• Facilitate the rollout of innovative solutions, encompassing scoping, design, deployment, and change management.

• Enhance operational efficiency through innovations, especially Intelligent Automation, RPA, and AI.

• Aid in the creation of commercial proposals, studies, and targeted offerings.

• Collaborate with HR departments on extensive transformation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree from a prestigious engineering or business school and/or a recognized university.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a transformation consultant.

• A keen interest in the Human Resources sector.

• Capability to investigate and address complex issues thoroughly.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to tailor communication for various stakeholders in international contexts.

• High standards for the quality and presentation of deliverables.
