Senior Consultant – Fullstack (Java, Python, Gen AI, React, Angular, Vue, Flutter)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting and implementation services.

• Participate in the agile development of applications aligned with Craft best practices, enhanced by Gen AI.

• Suggest the most suitable solutions and challenge the assumptions of clients.

• Actively engage in Software Engineering research and development.

• Keep abreast of technological advancements and contribute to the establishment of best practices.

• Work on areas including Gen AI, software craftsmanship, architecture, and Responsible Digital Practices.

• Provide training and mentorship to colleagues.

• Share expertise and assist teams in enhancing their skills.

• Contribute to career development initiatives.

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages or frameworks: Java, Python, React, Angular, Vue, or Flutter.

• Experience and proficiency in software craftsmanship methodologies, including TDD, DDD, pair programming, and code reviews.

• A curiosity and eagerness to explore the applications of technologies in Gen AI scenarios.

• A willingness to learn and advance professionally.

• An interest in Responsible Digital Practices, eco-design, and accessibility.

• A self-sufficient, inquisitive mindset with the capability to constructively challenge ideas.
