Senior Consultant, Financial Assistance and Estimates

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee and resolve production support tickets, addressing break-fix issues, troubleshooting, and user support inquiries.

• Prioritize and manage ticket backlogs while ensuring service levels are met and stakeholder satisfaction is maintained.

• Identify and apply system enhancements and workflow optimizations to enhance application performance and user experience.

• Independently tackle complex issues.

• Collaborate with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders to ensure application stability and foster ongoing improvements.

• Assist in Epic application optimization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

• Plan, test, validate, and offer post-upgrade support for Epic upgrades.

• Balance daily operational support with strategic optimization and upgrade projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in managing and resolving production support tickets, including break-fix issues, troubleshooting, and user support requests.

• Certifications or experience in Financial Assistance and Estimates.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and navigate ticket backlogs while maintaining service levels and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Experience in identifying and implementing system enhancements and workflow optimizations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the proficiency to independently address complex issues.

• Experience in collaborating with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders.

• Experience in supporting Epic application optimization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

• Practical experience with Epic upgrades, including planning, testing, validation, and post-upgrade support.

• Prior experience in supporting large healthcare organizations within a production support environment.

• Capacity to balance daily operational support with strategic optimization and upgrade initiatives.
