This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the implementation, upgrade, optimization, and transformation of Acumatica ERP projects from initial discovery to post-go-live support.
• Conduct client workshops to collect and document business requirements.
• Evaluate current processes and propose future-state solutions.
• Design and configure Acumatica modules, workflows, dashboards, security settings, reporting, and business processes.
• Convert requirements into functional specifications and implementation strategies.
• Perform solution demonstrations, process walkthroughs, conference room pilots, testing, UAT, and deployment tasks.
• Identify and address project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide consultancy to clients regarding financial, operational, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, project accounting, and service management processes.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and integration experts to develop end-to-end solutions.
• Assist with data migration, reporting strategies, and third-party integrations.
• Create solution designs, process maps, training materials, testing scripts, and configuration guides.
• Build and maintain client relationships while presenting recommendations and project updates to leadership.
• Contribute to account growth, proposals, RFP responses, pre-sales activities, vendor events, and practice development.
• Lead workstreams and mentor Associate Consultants and Consultants.
• Keep abreast of Acumatica releases, industry trends, and ERP best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
• 4-7+ years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or business systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in Acumatica implementation and configuration.
• Proven experience in leading client-facing ERP projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes in financial management, distribution, inventory management, manufacturing, project accounting, professional services, or construction.
• Experience in gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and providing end-user training.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.
• Possession and maintenance of required licenses.
• Proficient in the use of relevant technology.
• Willingness to travel based on client and business requirements.
