This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for medical-surgical enhancement initiatives.

• Analyze intricate analytical outcomes and craft clear, data-driven narratives to aid client decision-making and facilitate organizational transformation.

• Create and implement project plans that adhere to schedules, budgets, deliverables, and anticipated value.

• Utilize project management methodologies to structure workstreams, oversee milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project execution.

• Lead client meetings and discussions while presenting insights and recommendations to clinical, operational, and senior leadership audiences.

• Cultivate relationships and manage expectations with mid- to senior-level client leaders throughout the consulting process.

• Leverage medical-surgical clinical knowledge to evaluate workflows, practices, performance, and areas for improvement.

• Discover opportunities to enhance client value and work alongside senior project team members to develop consulting solutions.

• Enhance and refine consulting products, services, tools, methodologies, and strategies within the clinical practice domain.

• Mentor less experienced consultants in data analysis, storytelling, deliverable creation, and sharing of intellectual capital.


⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.

• Clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing, clinical operations, performance enhancement, or a related healthcare setting required.

• Active or eligible clinical licensure appropriate to the area of expertise is preferred.

• Experience in interpreting clinical, operational, quality, and performance data, translating findings into actionable recommendations.

• Proven experience leading consulting projects, improvement initiatives, or complex workstreams within a healthcare context.

• Strong skills in project management, facilitation, analysis, and problem-solving.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including experience in presenting findings and recommendations to clinical and senior leadership audiences.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities, foster effective client relationships, and collaborate across clinical and operational teams.

• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the year to meet client needs and timelines.
