Senior Consultant, Dynamics 365 F&O Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Budgeting.

• Partner with international clients to grasp their business requirements and convert them into scalable financial solutions.

• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and training for key users.

• Configure and tailor finance modules to meet specific client needs.

• Collaborate with technical teams for integration and data migration efforts.

• Provide guidance on finance best practices, compliance, and process enhancement.

• Assist in pre-sales activities and actively contribute to solution design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Legal working permissions in the country of residence within the EMEA region; sponsorship is only available within the Netherlands.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and lead initiatives with a high degree of accountability.

• A collaborative mindset with the capability to excel in a multicultural, remote-first team environment across various time zones and cultures.

• Goal-oriented and proactive, with a strong emphasis on delivering value and measurable outcomes.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, focusing on finance modules.

• Proven success as a lead consultant in at least 3 full-cycle international ERP implementations.

• Comprehensive understanding of finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, FA, budgeting, and consolidation.

• Previous experience in a finance role is a significant plus.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Experience in pre-sales, conducting workshops, or mentoring junior consultants is a desirable asset.
