Senior Consultant – Dynamics 365 F&O Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules, such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and Budgeting.

• Partner with global clients to identify business requirements and convert them into scalable finance solutions.

• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and training for key stakeholders.

• Configure and customize finance modules according to client-specific needs.

• Collaborate with technical teams on integration and data migration efforts.

• Provide guidance on finance best practices, compliance, and process enhancements.

• Assist in pre-sales activities and contribute to the design of solutions.

• Formulate strategies for digital transformation and design, implement, and manage innovative cloud solutions for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the country of residence within the EMEA region.

• Sponsorship is only available for candidates within the Netherlands.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with an emphasis on finance modules.

• Demonstrated success as a lead consultant on at least 3 full-cycle international ERP implementations.

• Comprehensive understanding of finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, FA, budgeting, and consolidation.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously, assume ownership of deliverables, and drive initiatives with a strong sense of accountability.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to excel in a multicultural, remote-first environment.

• Goal-driven and proactive, emphasizing value delivery and measurable results in financial transformation projects.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Previous experience in a finance role is a significant advantage.

• Experience in pre-sales, conducting workshops, or mentoring junior consultants is desirable.

• Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
