Senior Consultant – Dynamics 365 F&O Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules, encompassing GL, AP, AR, FA, and Budgeting.

• Partner with global clients to identify business requirements and convert them into scalable financial solutions.

• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and training for key stakeholders.

• Tailor and configure finance modules to meet specific client needs.

• Work alongside technical teams on integrations and data migration efforts.

• Offer expert guidance on finance best practices, compliance, and process enhancements.

• Assist with pre-sales initiatives and contribute to the design of solutions.

• Formulate strategies, execute solutions, and manage cloud offerings for clients undergoing digital transformation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the country of residence within the EMEA region.

• Sponsorship is available only within the Netherlands.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, focusing on finance modules.

• Established track record as a lead consultant on at least 3 full-cycle international ERP implementations.

• Strong comprehension of finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, FA, budgeting, and consolidation.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously, take responsibility for deliverables, and drive initiatives with a high degree of accountability.

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to excel in a multicultural, remote-first team setting across various time zones and cultures.

• Goal-driven and proactive approach, emphasizing measurable results in financial transformation projects.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Previous experience in a finance role is highly advantageous.

• Experience in pre-sales activities, conducting workshops, or mentoring junior consultants is a plus.

• Knowledge of other European languages is beneficial.
